A journey to the holy places begins with a niyyat. At Karwan-e-Hussaini, we want every visitor to travel with care, discipline and peace of mind—not as an unknown booking number in a large crowd.
From Nanauta Sadat to Delhi, and from Delhi to the sacred cities, we travel as one Karwan. First-time visitors, families and elderly pilgrims receive clear guidance before and during the journey.

We aim to provide the best practical combination of location, meals, transport, flight convenience and personal care within an affordable package.
Close to the Haram
We select quality hotels as close as practically possible to the Haram, helping visitors spend less time commuting and more time in Ziyarat and prayer.
Indian Meals
Fresh Indian-style meals prepared by Indian chefs, with attention to families, children and elderly pilgrims.
Comfortable Transport
Scheduled transfers and Ziyarat journeys are arranged in comfortable air-conditioned buses suitable for group travel.
Better Flight Timings
Direct flights receive preference whenever available. For connecting flights, we try to choose the shortest practical waiting time.
Final hotels, flight schedules, routes and inclusions are subject to the selected package, official regulations and booking availability, and are shared before confirmation.

Families
Family rooms, couple rooms and a Special Family Discount may be offered after reviewing the group size, children’s ages and room requirements.
Women Travellers
Mahram or family details are collected during application. Separate applications are reviewed according to the programme and applicable requirements.
Elderly Visitors
Wheelchair, medical, meal and assistance needs can be declared before confirmation so practical arrangements can be reviewed.
Visitors outside Delhi
The international group starts from Delhi. Visitors from Lucknow or other cities may request domestic-flight, train, bus or Delhi pickup assistance.

From application to confirmed journey

Our team checks the information, room needs and required assistance.

Package price, confirmed inclusions and payment schedule are shared.
- 4Pay Advance
After accepting the quotation, pay ₹10,000 per traveller to confirm the booking.
- 5Travel with the Karwan
Receive final documents, reporting time, baggage instructions and journey guidance.
Common Questions
Before you apply
Does the package start from my nearest airport?
The international group starts from Delhi unless your written quotation confirms a separate arrangement. Domestic travel assistance can be requested.
Is the hotel guaranteed to be near the Haram?
We prioritize suitable hotels as close as practically possible. The confirmed hotel and relevant location information are provided before final confirmation.
Is the family discount fixed?
No. A Special Family Discount may be offered after reviewing family size, children’s ages, room allocation and the selected programme.
When is payment required?
The initial application is free. After review, a quotation is sent. An advance of ₹10,000 per traveller is required only after accepting the quotation.
Does submitting an application guarantee visa or booking?
No. Visa approval, Hajj permissions, airline schedules, hotels and bookings remain subject to official approval and availability.
